Welcome to Sir-5rM8. By inviting or using this bot in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding Sir-5rM8 to your Discord server and using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Discord Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
2. Description of Service
Sir-5rM8 is a Discord bot that provides:
- ASA Rates — Displays current ARK: Survival Ascended official server rates
- Rate Monitoring — Automatic notifications when server rates change
- Karma — Global karma: give karma to helpful members (24h cooldown, shared across servers)
- Server Status — ASA server status lookups
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sir-5rM8 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree not to:
- Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the bot for spam or to violate any server’s rules
- Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the bot
- Circumvent any rate limits or restrictions
- Use the bot in any way that violates applicable laws
4. Server Administration
Server administrators are responsible for:
- Configuring the bot appropriately for their server
- Ensuring their server members comply with these terms
- Managing permissions (e.g., who can use admin commands)
5. Service Availability
- Sir-5rM8 is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
- We may restrict or suspend access for violations of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Sir-5rM8 and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.
- We are not responsible for content posted by users or actions taken by server members.
- Use of the bot is at your own risk.
